From product shell, logo, graphics, copy and photos, i was in charge to create an attracitive identity, AiM choose to collaborate with a "tuner" well-known in motocrss world to take out the best of this ECU, capitalizing our visibility with some great team that choose AiM for their bikes. In CIV (Campionato Italiano Velocità) AiM was choosen for Moto3 and Premoto 3 as the ECU for all bikes.

A fresh new air in Motocross world
Taipan ECU rapresent the first step for AiM Tech in a new market, totally inexplored before. AiM decided to enter and take this bet thanks to its know-how in softwares and also thanks to his great flexibility in production process.These elements togheter made the perfect mix to face a continuosly changing and growing scenario like the motocross racing equipment.
Snake approach
My role was to express at its best AiM cornerstones, facing a new demanding target that was neeeded to be giuded into this new management of ECUs and maps choosen by AiM which is triyng to subvert a monopoly held by some competitors, that in front of AiM new ECU, appears to be archaic and obsolete. A new approach to the ECUs means a lot of work to be done, tuners and teams that for years had suppliers that assure them certain results and softwares that they well known, are difficult to move from their position, only with a great product, support, good strategy and a strong image and reputation a brand can reach his goals.
